Mr Harald Heine - one of the namesakes of Bogner Gottschalk Heine Unternehmensberatung GmbH (BGH-Consulting) - was decisively responsible for the steady build-up of clients in the paper industry and for the expansion of BGH-Consulting's consulting portfolio into management consulting. Before moving into management consulting almost 20 years ago, he had already gained two decades of management experience at board level in the plastics and paper industry. The initially very specialised service portfolio of BGH-Consulting was developed by him into a nationally and internationally renowned personnel and management consultancy.

His time as a board member at Zanders had a particular impact on him. It is almost ironic that one of his last projects brought him back to Bergisch Gladbach. Since Mr. Heine was simply called in too late, he was unable to prevent the looming insolvency despite a viable concept. But by setting up the complex project management for insolvency processing, he has opened up a new very successful area for BGH-Consulting.

"We hold Harald in high esteem as a colleague and long-standing managing director and are very happy that he will continue to provide BGH-Consulting with his excellent contacts in the paper industry, his long-standing market knowledge, his network and his experience," says Joachim Frantzen, another managing director of BGH-Consulting. Harald Heine has left a footprint at BGH-Consulting, the paper industry and in the Rhenish mining area that will be very difficult to fill.

In addition to Mr Frantzen, Mr Bauer and Mr Pöhler will be responsible for the management of BGH-Consulting in the future.
Both have already been active in the team of the Starnberg-based management consultant as senior consultants and partners since last year.

Mr. Andreas Bauer holds a degree in business administration, specialising in corporate management and logistics. Before joining BGH-Consulting, he spent two decades as a managing director in companies in the electrical engineering, packaging and software development industries. At BGH-Consulting, his current focus is on advising several companies in the paper industry. In particular, the expansion of the activities started by Harald Heine in complex project management in insolvency processing and the digitalisation of business processes are his main areas of activity.

Mr. Kai Pöhler is also an experienced industry expert with his very profound knowledge of the nonwovens and paper industry. Starting with an apprenticeship as a paper maker to studying paper process engineering, he has acquired all the theoretical and practical basics. Before joining the company, he was responsible for the development of the Speciality Paper and Nonwovens Divisions worldwide for many years at an international technology group. The topics of the paper & nonwovens industry, sustainability and the Rhenish mining area are particularly important to him.

The tasks of the management of BGH-Consulting will be jointly performed by the long-standing managing director Mr Joachim Frantzen and Mr Bauer and Mr Pöhler from 01.07.2022.
