DC-ST100 – Maximum productivity for your DocuCutter

The new integrated FKS/Duplo DC-ST100 delivery unit takes your FKS/Duplo DocuCutter DC-648 or DC-746 to a new level of automation, efficiency, and future-proofing. The DC-ST100 was developed specifically for print service providers who produce large quantities of small-format products such as business cards, flyers, or A5 materials on a daily basis. In combination with the DC-648, DC-746, and, in the future, the DC-20K system, the stacker optimizes the entire production process through automated stacking, reduced operator intervention, and increased efficiency.

The DC-ST100 enables a high stacking capacity of up to 5,000 business cards, which is a sixfold increase compared to the lower stacker. Operation is via the central PC interface, so that job changes can also be easily controlled or carried out via a barcode. Media in formats from 50 to 216 mm in length and grammages from 230 to 400 g/m2 can be processed reliably and flexibly.
Uninterrupted production is made possible by unloading the delivery during operation without stopping production. This optimizes production processes and significantly reduces downtime.

Thanks to flexible batch separation, the finished parts or sheets can be divided precisely into predefined stacks based on the desired number of copies or sheets. In combination with a JDF software connection, stack separation can also be carried out fully automatically in the future. The height of the stack can be adjusted individually – up to 40 mm is possible without any problems. In addition, the system allows flexible adjustment of the distance between the individual stacks in exact 5 mm increments. This facilitates the subsequent sorting and packaging of the end products.Automatic detection of job changes, either via barcode scanning or when loading a new job via the PC controller, ensures a smooth transition between different jobs without any manual intervention.
