Feldmuehle GmbH paper mill will end the insolvency proceedings under its own administration, which have been ongoing since August 1, at the end of this year.
The label paper manufacturer informed its customers and suppliers of this on November 28. According to this announcement, the creditors' committee discussed the company's plan to end the insolvency proceedings on November 27 and accepted it.
On May 27, the company filed an application with the Pinneberg Local Court to open insolvency proceedings under its own administration. As a result, the paper machine was temporarily shut down, but operations resumed at the beginning of June.
According to its own statements, Feldmuehle had made changes to its management and shift system as part of its restructuring measures.
The company continues to produce and supply its customers.
