Hainsberg paper mill reorganises under self-administration

Papierfabrik Hainsberg GmbH from Freital near Dresden is using self-administration proceedings to reorganise itself economically. The business operations of the manufacturer of recycled paper will continue in full.
"Self-administration offers us the opportunity to restructure our financing within a short period of time and without interrupting operations," emphasise Managing Directors Dr Dietrich Arnhold and Krystyna Saworska. "The proceedings will have no impact on our business operations; all of our customers' orders will be manufactured and delivered as usual."
The company decided to enter restructuring proceedings under self-administration after negotiations on follow-up financing for an expiring loan agreement failed.
In addition to printing papers in rolls, large and small formats, Hainsberg also produces speciality papers for packaging applications on a 100% recovered paper basis.
