The Koehler Paper site in the German town of Greiz brings environmentally friendly, high-quality recycled paper to the table. Schabert in turn keeps generous stocks of this paper at all times at its facilities in the municipality of Strullendorf, a mere 160 km away from Greiz, to make sure that quick delivery is always ensured. From there, the paper products are normally shipped the same day an order arrives so that they can reach DZA Druckerei zu Altenburg GmbH within two business days. Once there, the print shop uses these materials to make creative and sustainable premium print products, with the primary focus being on architecture, art, and coffee table books.

Areas of expertise complement each other, yielding sustainable products

The three partners share a common goal, which is to provide customers with a wide range of environmentally conscious products that make a compelling case both in terms of price and their small ecological footprint. “Our work together enables us to respond to our customers’ specific needs with even more flexibility,” explains DZA Druckerei zu Altenburg GmbH CEO Peer-Philipp Keller. “We’re creating solutions that combine quality and an awareness of our responsibility towards our environment.” Schabert Managing Partner Florian Walta adds: “By collaborating closely, we’ve been able to ensure high availability, short delivery distances, and fast shipments, resulting in a highly reliable supply chain – obviously a huge advantage for our customers and the environment.”
