Leipa Announces Further Price Increases for Graphic Papers

Leipa Georg Leinfelder GmbH emphasizes that the global economic situation has deteriorated unexpectedly and drastically since the beginning of March 2026. The manufacturer of recycled LWC paper, among other products, is already feeling the effects of this changed situation in the form of higher procurement costs, according to a statement.
For this reason, Leipa feels compelled to announce a further, additional price increase totaling €50/t. The measure will take effect on May 1, 2026, for all graphic papers in rolls and sheets. The price increase is intended to cover the increased purchasing costs, explains the recycled paper manufacturer, adding: Leipa expressly reserves the right to announce and implement further price increases at short notice due to unforeseeable developments in the various procurement markets.
