New FKS/Duplo DBM-700 booklet maker for 240-page booklets with a square spine

The spine former option increases the maximum number of pages in a brochure to up to 240 pages at 64 g/m2 or 200 pages at 80 g/m2.

Both configurations with the digital sheet feeders offer maximum security for personalised products. Integrity is ensured by reading barcodes on each sheet.

The user-friendly PC controller not only enables set-up in under 60 seconds, but also smooth production with very little manual effort.

The new optional DBM-700S book spine former ensures that the booklets are perfectly complemented. Even with thicker brochures, the pressing unit forms a perfectly square-bound brochure spine and thus ensures, among other things, a flatter and more compact flatness of the brochures.
