The acquisition of the German printing ink manufacturer hubergroup has been completed.

In November 2024, hubergroup announced that it had signed an agreement to sell the company to a consortium consisting of Mavco Investments and Avenue Capital Group. On April 8, the acquisition was finally successfully completed, the printing ink manufacturer explains. The transaction has received all regulatory approvals in all markets in which the company operates.

The announcement of the transaction stated that the sale represents a “significant milestone” for hubergroup in becoming a leading international, fully integrated supplier of printing inks with a particular focus on the packaging industry.
