With the smart Vision melter, the new Performa heated hose and the SpeedStar Compact application head, demanding packaging can be glued quickly and with high precision.
The new adhesive application system from Robatech takes reliability in the bonding of primary and secondary packaging to a new level. All three system components significantly reduce energy consumption and make life easier for machine builders and users with unique features.
Melter Vision: The Smart Terminal displays current operating and status information via changing LED colors. Operating personnel can see even from a distance whether the gluing process is running smoothly or whether adhesive needs to be refilled, for example. The FlexPort, an innovative 45-degree connection surface, allows heating hoses to be connected at different angles to save space. can be connected at different angles to save space. Performa heating hose: The PrimeConnect plug-in coupling is used to connect the heating hose in a plug-and-play process - without special tools and without errors. The fully insulated coupling eliminates the usual cold bridges.
