Robatech presented its PerfectFold liquid creaser at CCE 2023 in Munich in March. The patented solution revolutionizes the folding process of corrugated cardboard by eliminating fold breakage and achieving high folding precision.
The contactless application of the SpeedUp creasing fluid on two folding lines enables precise folding of corrugated cardboard cut-outs with little effort. The soft fold lines reduce the stiffness and restoring force of the corrugated cardboard. Corrugated cardboard creased with PerfectFold provides precise inner dimensions so that inserts can be easily fitted into folding boxes.
The PerfectFold liquid creaser is easy to install in folding box gluers and inliners and easy to use. Robatech uses the tried-and-tested Sempre 30 application heads to apply the creasing fluid. The SpeedUp creasing fluid is now available from Robatech representatives in Europe and Turkey. Further representatives will follow.
