Schattdecor AG: Dr. Derick Beitel succeeds Dieter Hüttlinger

Schattdecor CFO Dieter Hüttlinger is retiring at the end of 2022 after 25 years with the company and handing over the reins to Dr. Derick Beitel, Head of Finance at Schattdecor since 2021.

Dieter Hüttlinger, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Schattdecor AG, retired at the end of 2022. Hüttlinger worked for Schattdecor in Germany and abroad for 25 years, six of which he was responsible for, and helped shape the Finance department, as a member of the Executive Board.

The company's Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Derick Beitel, Schattdecor’s Head of Finance since November 2021, as the new CFO and successor to Dieter Hüttlinger, effective January 1, 2023.

Dr. Derick Beitel has been active in the Finance department at Schattdecor since November 2021. Before that, he worked for more than 20 years at an international industrial company, in wholesale as well as in corporate finance | M&A. Dr. Derick Beitel studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and McMaster University (Canada) and received his doctorate from the University of Witten/Herdecke (Germany). He is married and has two daughters.
