Smurfit Kappa invests in energy supply for Parenco paper mill

According to Smurfit Kappa, its subsidiary Parenco is getting two new steam boilers. These will replace an existing steam boiler and make the energy supply of the paper mill in Renkum, northwest of Nijmegen, more flexible, efficient and sustainable.

The Smurfit Kappa Parenco paper mill operates two paper machines with a total production capacity of 650,000 tpy of recycled papers for graphic and packaging applications.
