Experience sustainability with OM Klebetechnik at FachPack - How industry change becomes an opportunity
News General news
With FachPack, NürnbergMesse will once again become the hub of the European packaging industry from September 27-29. Under the leading theme "Transition in Packaging", this year's trade fair for packaging, technology and processes is setting impulses to make the industry more sustainable and efficient.

For OM-Klebetechnik from Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz, this means a home game in two respects, as the main location of the manufacturer-independent converting specialist is in the immediate vicinity of the Franconian metropolis. But also because the company's own production and product range have been geared to a positive eco-balance for years. For example, a wide range of environmentally friendly solutions will be presented at Stand 6-335 in Hall 6. For example, from the manufacturer tesa, which covers the main needs of the mail order business and related logistics with packaging tapes made ofFSC® certified paper and other bio-based sources, optionally reinforced with glass fiber scrim, or a new universal packaging tape made of 70% recycled PET. At the same time, the recycling of raw materials and simpler disposal enable significant potential savings.
In terms of performance and suitability for automated processes or printing, for example, environmentally friendly adhesive products are almost on a par with previous standards.
A direct comparison will be possible at FachPack at the OM-Klebetechnik booth, where the entire range of adhesive technology will be presented with adhesive tapes, labels and marking systems as well as die-cut parts - including optional finishing with die-cutting, laser and printing. Some of these are likely to be of interest to modern logistics centers: For example, abrasion-resistant floor markings in bright signal colors for safety-relevant areas, double-sided adhesive tapes for versatile assembly purposes, masking tapes, information and safety labels, and much more.
