Developed and manufactured entirely in the UK, the Technicrease system is a patented inline rotary creasing cassette that eliminates fibre cracking on labels, packaging, and folding cartons — all while running at full press speed with zero electronics, motors, or operator downtime.

“We’ve taken everything we’ve learned from 20+ years of offline creasing innovation and engineered a mechanical solution that integrates directly into modern web systems,” says Jack Harris, Managing Director of Tech-ni-Fold. “This is the first creasing system of its kind to run inline, adjust on-the-fly, and eliminate cracking without sacrificing speed or control.”

Key Features:

• No motors or electrics – fully mechanical design
• Inline performance – matches press speed with no lag or bottlenecks
• Auto-calibrates via operator-set calliper gauge
• Retrofits onto web widths from 254mm to 530mm
• Fits all major OEM lines – including Mark Andy, Edale, Gallus, Nilpeter, ABG, and more

Each Technicrease unit is precision-built in the UK using aerospace-grade materials and is tailored to fit the customer’s press. The system is supported by a consumables model that includes over 16 types of patented creasing bands to accommodate a wide range of substrates and finishes.

Built for OEMs, Finishers, and Converters
Tech-ni-Fold is already in early-stage conversations with several OEM’s and global converters, offering co-branded opportunities, distributor support, and retrofit packages for installed base customers.

“We believe Technicrease has the potential to become the standard for inline creasing in the same way Tech-ni-Fold became the benchmark for offline solutions,” says Harris.

The product is now available for demonstration, quotation, and distributor enquiries.
