UPM subsidiary UPM Adhesive Materials plans to discontinue the production of adhesive materials at its French site in Nancy.

As the company announced lately, the plans will affect up to 82 jobs. The Nancy site will continue to be used as a distribution center to serve customers in Western Europe and offer them short delivery times.

In addition to the Nancy plant, the UPM division's European production sites are located in Germany, Poland, Finland, the UK, and Belgium.
