Paweł Bajorek is the new CEO of Polish hygiene paper manufacturer Velvet Care Sp. z.o.o.

He succeeds Artur Pielak, who had led the company for over 13 years. Pielak will join the supervisory board, where he will focus on the strategic development of the group, according to the company. Velvet Care recently commissioned a new paper machine at its paper mill in Klucze.
Bajorek brings international experience as a manager, which should help him drive the group's expansion abroad and growth. He previously served as Chief Commercial Officer Essential Home for the British hygiene products group Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC. The change in leadership will take effect on February 1, 2026.
