Suntory, Ferrero and Lindt were the winning customers, with each solution demonstrating how insightful and relevant POS design can win over shoppers.

The permanent display created for Suntory brand Pulco was recognised not only for its creativity with a Silver SHOP! Award, but also for its sustainability with the ‘Grand Prix de l'Éco-conception’ award. ‘With this colourful, dynamic design, STI Group brings freshness and joie de vivre directly to the retail trade and emphasises the naturalness and authenticity of Pulco,’ commented the jury. ‘The wooden display not only generates attention, but also consistently emphasises durability and environmental compatibility.’

Spearheading the successful European campaign for Ferrero’s new Nutella ice cream was another Silver winner: an innovative, adjustable corrugated display that created an eye-catching frame around any size of freezer cabinet. Frozen products are hard to draw attention to instore, and shoppers could not fail to notice this large-format launch display.

Bronze was awarded to the Lindt chalet display topped with a plush teddy bear, a charming tableau that conjured up a cosy Christmas atmosphere wherever it was situated. Its modular design enabled French retailers to present the product range in the most appropriate way for their stores, attracting shoppers with a blend of brand and emotion.

The SHOP! France Awards are the most prominent in French retail. Winners are selected by an expert jury from the retail industry and this year’s awards were celebrated by over 300 guests at the Pavillon d'Armenonville.
