Andritz, Graz, Austria awards order for Wet End Tail Cutters for Suzano, Cerrado, Brazil to ProJet

The order was included in ProJet’s second quarter 2022 orders received. The value of the order will not be disclosed. The pulp lines will located in the municipality of Ribas do Rio Pardo, state of Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. With an annual production capacity of 2.55 million tons, Cerrado will be the world’s largest plant with a single eucalyptus pulp production line. Civil construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up services are also included in the ANDRITZ scope of supply.

ProJet already supplied almost exclusively al Tail Cutters to Andritz Austria in the past years. Recently, also Andritz China selected ProJet as the preferred supplier. All Tail Cutters will manufactured in AISI316L stainless steel throughout and are known for their high reliability. The equipment is scheduled to be delivered in Q1, 2023.
