Efficiency through sustainable marking
Sustainability remains an important focus for the industry in order to make packaging processes future-proof and economical. Bluhm Systeme will be showcasing practical solutions that fulfill the complex tasks of packaging marking while still being easy to use. The team at the trade fair stand will also be advising visitors on the selection of the right technology for selected exhibits. All devices can be integrated into existing packaging lines and networked via software.

Direct printing | The Markoprint integra Singular 108 prints high-resolution QR codes, 2D codes, and graphics and can be cascaded three times, enabling complex print images with a height of up to 324 mm to be realized. Optimized for water-based inks, it is suitable for high-contrast printing on cardboard, paperboard, and paper, as well as for use in the food industry. Data with white, blue, or gray pigmented ink can be printed on almost all packaging materials, e.g., cardboard, glass, metal, or plastic, using the Linx 8940 Spectrum.

The continuous inkjet printer ensures the best marking quality on dark surfaces.
Laser | The Lightworx fiber laser ensures durable markings without consumables.
Labels | The compact Geset 217 labeling system labels products in the food & beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries on both the top and bottom sides. The system is easy to integrate and intuitive to use. In pallet marking, the Legi-Air AP182 ensures GS1-compliant labeling.

Marking technology for every packaging task
Whether in the food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industry, Bluhm Systeme offers the right technology for every application. Thanks to its modular design and diverse interfaces, users can customize the systems to their individual production conditions.

“The packaging industry is facing the challenge of producing in a more sustainable and automated manner,” explains Volker Bluhm, Managing Director of Bluhm Systeme. “Our marking systems make an important contribution here. At EMPACK, we will be demonstrating how reliable and environmentally friendly marking with ink, lasers, and labels can be achieved in the packaging process.”
