Due to difficult economic conditions, the long-established Gernsbach-based company was forced to file for insolvency at the local court on September 3rd.

Provisional insolvency administrator Dr. Dirk Pehl from Schultze & Braun, together with his colleague Dr. Jürgen Erbe, is gaining an overview of the economic situation and examining restructuring options.
Discussions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders will take place in the near future – all orders will be produced as agreed and new orders will be accepted.
The 160 employees have already been informed about the proceedings and the next steps – wages and salaries are secured until the end of November by insolvency payments.
