Dr. Thorben Finken will be appointed to the Progroup Executive Board on October 1, 2025.

On October 15, 2025, he will take over the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from Dr. Volker Metz, who is leaving the company at the end of the year.

Together with his fellow Executive Board members Vinzenz Heindl (CSO), Beate Flamm (CCO), and Dr. Marc Sesterhenn (COO), Finken will continue to drive forward the company's strategic direction, according to a statement on the change at the top of the company.
