At Fachpack 2021, cleaning equipment manufacturer Nilfisk will showcase powerful solutions that address the increasing automation trend in packaging processes.
The 2.2 kilowatt R305V industrial vacuum is suitable for integration into production lines or placement next to packaging and cutting machines. With an air delivery of 85 liters per second, it sucks plastic, paper or tissue cuttings into the filter bag of the 150-liter stainless steel container, where it compacts the material. Due to its design, the GMP-compliant VHW421 HC XXX 5PP industrial vacuum cleaner is easy to clean and disinfect, thus meeting the highest demands in terms of safety, cleanliness and hygiene. For high work safety, the device is approved for dust class H and has a HEPA suction air filter. The CTS40 MC LP Z22 EXA 5PP industrial vacuum shines in confined spaces with trouble-free continuous operation. The universally applicable machine is approved for dust classes L, M and H and can also be used as a safety vacuum cleaner for Zone 22 combustible dusts. New to the Nilfisk range is the VHB436 industrial vacuum cleaner for warehouse areas and production floors. Thanks to its innovative, fast-charging lithium-ion battery drive, the unit is in no way inferior to a corded vacuum cleaner in terms of performance. On the contrary: during operation, the VHB436 impresses not only with its enduring power, but also with its highly flexible deployment capability and maneuverability.
The exhibited suction cup portfolio is rounded off by pneumatic product conveyors, which have been specially developed for the needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Tablets and empty capsules are transported gently, with an adjustable air flow, and are thus guaranteed to feed capsule filling or blister machines non-destructively.
The compact SC250 scrubber-dryer is an all-rounder when it comes to efficient cleaning of hard floors. Equipped with roller brushes, it allows cleaning forward and backward and reaches corners as well as areas under inventory.
Designed for light, general cleaning tasks, the MC 3C-150/660 XT cold water pressure washer operates at a capacity of 660 liters per hour at a pressure of 150 bar as well as a maximum inlet temperature of 60 degrees Celsius.
