Simple, intelligent: Panther Display develops merchandise stands with optional shelves made from one-piece blanks

Panther Promino provides customers with an attractively priced solution. Thanks to machine-generated creasing, the construction is simply folded - creating a front wall, side walls and openings for shelves or trays to hold the individual products. The flat construction material, preferably consisting of a corrugated cardboard blank, is processed using state-of-the-art creasing, punching and cutting technology. This creates the necessary fold lines and latches that characterise the construction. There are various options for shaping the side walls: The floor plans can vary in size and design (rectangles with rounded or bevelled corners). A combination of rectangles with other polygons (triangles, pentagons or circular sections) is also possible.

Many possibilities for many products
The aim of the developers at Panther Display was to generate an easy-to-erect presentation element from a single blank using only folds, latching and limiting tabs as well as flaps for unfolding feet. Panther Promino thus dispenses with the need for adhesives and bonding of several components, for example. Other joining additives are also not used. The finished structure is highly stable and can therefore hold a promotional quantity or number of products in preferably three to six trays.

Window recesses are provided for the side walls to ensure even better visibility of the products.

The integration of top signs or decorative elements as additional components is possible at any time. The constructive designs as a pallet display (locked on a transport pallet), as a floor display or as a counter display are all possible according to customer requirements. The height, width and/or depth of the displays can be customised to the customer's individual presentation requirements. Of course, this also applies to the respective print designs: Colouring, printing, coating, laminating or gluing - the specialists at Panther Display can implement any finishing technique.

The goal pursued with the invention of being able to erect the merchandise stands at the installation site in a matter of seconds has been achieved. Further advantages of the highly flexible, versatile design are its economical use of materials and few production steps combined with high stability, the attractiveness of the merchandise displays, which catch the eye at the point of sale or presentation - and, last but not least, the good recycling properties of the corrugated cardboard used.
