A total of five tray levels are used to present the various products, which vary greatly in their primary packaging, fill quantities and sizes. Pouches, cans, hanging goods, folding boxes and SRP variations are filled directly into the display by Panther Display staff in the premises specially created for the service offerings. Assigned according to the customer's specifications, all Lily's Kitchen products for healthy cat nutrition can thus be found in the secondary placement, ready for placement in specialty stores.

Delivery by Panther is carried out from Panther Pharma Service, which was originally founded for the pharmaceutical industry. For this purpose, a space of 2,500 m2 was specially created for the clean room, packaging and storage areas. Now this range of services, including temperature-controlled storage capacity, is also being used for Lily's Kitchen.

Thanks to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) manufacturing authorization in accordance with §13 of the German Medicines Act (AMG) and other certifications, Panther Pharma Service is able to guarantee consistently high product quality and compliance with the mandatory requirements of the health authorities for marketing.

For its market entry in Germany, Nestlé decided to take advantage of Panther's comprehensive service offerings and thus launch a successful nationwide promotion. The "one-stop shop" solution for packaging, packaging, development and production services makes the launch of Lily's Kitchen perfectly plannable and sustainable: all displays arrive at their destination fully loaded so that truck transports are reduced to a minimum. Further maintenance of the secondary placements in the retail outlets, by refilling them during the promotion period, is simple. After use, the display is sent for recycling in the regular manner.

The mission of the secondary placement for the market launch in Germany was clear: Since April 2020, the British label Lily's Kitchen belongs to the Nestlé brand Purina PetCare. While Lily's Kitchen quickly gained the trust of dog and cat owners in its home market, the aim now is to introduce the high-quality range of dry and wet formulas, produced without sugar and artificial additives, to cat lovers in particular. The print design of the secondary placement for the promotion therefore focuses primarily on the special attributes of the brand. For this purpose, the front sides of the various trays are used for the essential claims; the sleeve, base and topper as well as the side walls communicate the Lily's brand through the color scheme and refer to the target group through a drawn cat.
