Panther: Optimal display bases with maximum cleverness

One focus is on display bases, which can do much more than is visible at first glance. When developing displays, it is always important to meet the parameters of high load capacity, use of mono-material, minimal production effort and low factory costs. In addition, Panther Display's expertise always results in new ideas and contributions to the conservation of resources, environmental compatibility or even specifically to the optimal use of space.

"Clever on stage" is just one of many examples. This storage compartment base functions as a luggage compartment and transport container for all decorative elements of the display. Toppers, boxes for information material or a variety of decorative die-cut parts that complete the appearance of the PoS staging find space in the base and are shipped in one unit with the display. The decorative elements are always present in their entirety; they do not have to be packed separately, shipped or collected and transported by field staff, nor do they get lost until they are set up on site. This saves additional packaging material as well as transports, which has a positive effect on the eco-balance. The design allows modular extensions at any time - for example, by combining it with the "1-Piece-Base", another innovative plinth development from Panther Display with functional and sophisticated detailed solutions.

New, one-piece base with plug-in cross
The design integrates a plug-in cross as well as plug-in lugs and fold-out catches and consists of only one piece. The entire corrugated board base is produced in one continuous machine run on the folder gluer. This creates a display base that combines the sustainability aspects of material reduction, ease of handling and recyclability.
The "1-Piece-Base" was preceded by the idea of significantly simplifying the assembly through design-related properties, while at the same time saving time and achieving the required load-bearing capacity. The combination of a base with a plug-in cross usually requires a multi-piece solution. Panther Display has combined all functions in one blank with the new, stable plinth and cross design.

Magic plinth
The best feature of pedestals under display placements, but usually the only one that is consistently used, has been their large communication surface that conveys brand- or product-specific images and messages. The actual interior space only served the supporting plug-in cross. This was not enough for the experts at Panther Display. With "Magic!" they developed a completely new solution. The secondary placement integrates a variable number of dispensers and a feed system into the substructure, which now has room for additional merchandise.
When the protective transport packaging is pulled off, a dispenser filled with products moves out of the base. This lies angled on rails in a shaft so that the goods always slide forward due to gravity and remain visible to the end consumer. The basic idea of "Magic!" can be adapted in shape and size as well as to the most diverse product geometries. This makes the display innovation interesting for new product launches or a variety of products that entice spontaneous purchases.
All PoS solutions from the Panther Group are recycled and returned to the material cycle of waste paper after use.
